In most cases, yes. We use remodel-style recessed cans that install through a small hole in the existing drywall and run wiring through the attic or walls with minimal cutting. Most projects finish with little to no visible damage.
Do I need an electrician to install a ceiling fan?
If there's an existing fixture, sometimes a homeowner can swap it themselves. But if you need a new circuit, a fan-rated box, or separate switch legs for the fan and light, you need an electrician. We handle the full install.
Can you install smart lighting like Lutron or smart switches?
Yes. We install Lutron Caseta, Leviton Decora Smart, and other smart switch systems. Many require a neutral wire that older homes lack — we handle that wiring as part of the job.
Can you install outdoor and landscape lighting?
